StudentCrowd Commits to Free Reservations Feature Following Successful Pilot

StudentCrowd, the UK’s leading student review platform and student property data provider for purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), has announced the full rollout of its reservations feature, giving students a faster, simpler way to secure their accommodation directly with operators.
The decision will see all providers with Enhanced Profiles gain access to Reservations free of charge - forever. The move marks a significant step in StudentCrowd’s expansion and forms part of its broader commitment to supporting students at every stage of their decision-making journey.
The addition of the reservations feature enables students to search, read verified reviews, compare properties, check live availability and reserve accommodation all in one trusted place, simplifying the booking process. Bookings are still handled by the provider, ensuring they maintain full control.
Initially launched as a pilot project, it has already shown both high student intent and real value for providers, with 25%-40% of accepted reservations converting into confirmed bookings.
