StudentCrowd announces winners of the 2025 Student Voice Awards

StudentCrowd, the UK’s leading student review platform and property data provider for purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), has announced the winners of its Student Voice Awards 2025.

The only independent awards based entirely on verified student reviews, the rankings recognise accommodation providers across the UK that are committed to delivering an outstanding student experience.

This year’s awards span 37 cities across the UK, with one property in each location awarded first place and two runners-up also recognised as exceptional. Winners were selected following analysis of 22,179 authentic student reviews on the StudentCrowd platform.

Each winning property performed consistently well across the areas students care most about, receiving the best reviews over the past 12 months in seven core categories:

  • Value for money
  • Location
  • Property management
  • Cleaning
  • Social spaces
  • Social experience
  • Internet/WiFi

Now in their third year, the Student Voice Awards have become a trusted marker of quality for students choosing where to live, as well as a valuable benchmark for the sector. Properties must have received at least ten new verified reviews in the past 12 months and be in a city with at least 5 eligible properties to qualify for entry.
